Building a Blog with Valaxy and Shuimo Theme

A quick guide on setting up a Valaxy blog with the ink-wash Shuimo theme.

Why Valaxy ​

Valaxy is a next-generation static blog framework powered by Vite and Vue. It offers fast HMR, Markdown with Vue components, and a flexible theme system.

The Shuimo Theme ​

The Shuimo theme brings traditional Chinese ink-wash aesthetics to the web — procedural landscape paintings, brush stroke decorations, and seal stamps, all generated programmatically.

Getting Started ​

pnpm create valaxy
pnpm add valaxy-theme-shuimo
pnpm dev

That’s it. Every refresh paints a new landscape.
